Returns Policy

(1) Introduction

If the product does not fit your requirements or satisfaction, we have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

(2) Returns

You will be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) We receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b) The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
Interactive Education does not cover the cost of returns by post. Clearly mark on the delivery & returns note (which we will provide you by email) items you are returning; the reason for returning them and photographs of the product as it is upon arrival at your premises. Please ensure this form is enclosed inside your parcel before sending and the photographs are emailed or sent to our team. For your protection we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain a ‘Proof of Posting Certificate’. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

(3) Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must let us know in writing by email to stating your wish to return your order with invoice number and purchase order number if applicable. We will the provide you with instructions on how to return your items
If you made your purchase by card, refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
(a) The original account details have expired
(b) The original account no longer exists

(4) Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy, unless faulty:
(a) Products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above;
(b) Unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software

(5) Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price following an assessment of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will refund within 28 days of receiving the goods back.

(6) Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product
