IE Pro Digital Trouble shooting guide



If you have a technical query there are number of options to follow. This is the recommended procedure:

If the problem is with the IE Pro Digital Whiteboard, please consult the: IE Pro Digital Interactive Whiteboard System - Boot sequence guide.

If the above does not help try the Trouble Shooting Guide.  This gives a run through of all the things to check before submitting a request for help.

The first port of call should be through email.  Please email technical@interactive-education.co.uk, stating what the problem is exactly, and any other information that you think may be useful (i.e. system configuration, operating system, software installed etc).  You should expect a response within 24 hours, if not sooner.

Warranty Request Procedure. Alternatively you can print off a warranty request form and fax it to +44 (0) 870 043 4025.  Please note this option is only available to those customers who believe they have one or more of the following faulty parts: -
  • IE Pro digital pen
  • Pen recharge cable
  • Whiteboard power supply
  • Whiteboard serial cable
  • Whiteboard USB adaptor
If you wish to call, please telephone +44 (0) 870 043 4024 and ask for the Technical Department, please ensure you have all information to hand, as this will reduce the time taken to handle your query.

Alternatively, you can post a message in the Interactive Education Forum.  This gives you the opportunity to share your problems with a greater audience; the forum is also moderated by Interactive Education staff, who can respond to any question or query asked.
