Before receiving any items from Interactive Education Ltd., please verify that all items received tally with those on the delivery note.  

We hope that all Interactive Education Ltd. products will meet your expectations, however if for any reason you are unhappy you may return any or all of your Interactive Education Ltd. products for any reason within 14 days of receiving your purchase.  

You must contact us before returning anything so that we can issue a return authorisation.  This is done so that we can expect your returned Interactive Education Ltd. products and issue a return authorization.  If Interactive Education Ltd. issues a returns number (RMA) goods must be returned to Interactive Education Ltd. within 5 working days of the date thereof.

You must return the original product intact with all components; components must be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.  The product must include all components, manuals, and paperwork to be approved for return.  Special order Interactive Education Ltd. products will be subject to vendor and return policies.

Fill out the enclosed return form or call the office for a Return Authorization (RMA) number.   Determine how the product will be returned.  Customers must organise return themselves.  A full refund will then be issued via a cheque which will be made payable to the customer.

Please note that Interactive Education Ltd. shall accept no liability for any damage to or loss in transit in products returned to Interactive Education Ltd.

We recommend that you get a posting receipt when you mail your return.  We are not responsible for lost returns. Please allow up to three weeks for returns to be processed.  We will notify you via email of your credit or exchange.
