Applicants must have a degree in Information Technology or equivalent and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 2000 Network, Microsoft Outlook, Exchange Servers, Networking and Firewall Protection.

It is essential that applicants have excellent communication skills as duties will include working on the help desk to support customers and colleagues with I.T. based queries on a day to day basis.

You will have the ability to communicate at a variety of different levels with exceptional presentation skills. You will be an effective user of I.T. and have knowledge of MSOffice and Emails. Good organizational and time management skills are an essential requirement of the role.
