Board Problems - No Interaction between board and pen (indicated by left light)
No Lights on board
Check plug into bottom of board is secure and locking screws are tightened
**For installations with silver wall plate only**
- Check that the 9-pin serial plug at the computer end has a power lead plugged in (the serial lead may be found plugged directly into the computer or via a USB adapter).
- Check power lead is connected to the power pack from a socket (Important: ensure 5v power pack)
- Check that socket is working correctly by connecting another device to it.
- If possible try swapping with another 5V power supply off another IE Pro Digital board.
- Try the power lead on another device and/or check fuse.
- Check for bent pins in the plugs, and damage to cables.

- Remove power supply to board when plugging in USB or shut down computer
Note: This is not considered a fault as the USB is purely an adapter to allow the use of the USB ports rather than Serial (Serial units usually need to be powered up and the computer started up to use)
